免治豬肉 1/4磅
蒜頭 1顆(切碎)
青檸葉 1片
辣椒 1/2隻
香茅 1/2束(壓碎)
胡荽葉 少量
羅勒 1束
蔥 1個
芝麻油 1湯匙

魚露 1湯匙
豉油 1湯匙
黃糖 1/2湯匙
青檸 1/4個(榨汁)
粟粉 1湯匙

1. 免治豬肉與醃料同醃30分鐘。
2. 熱鑊把蒜頭、青檸葉、辣椒及香茅同炒2至3分鐘。然後加入已醃豬肉以猛火炒熟。
3. 當豬肉轉熟後加入胡荽葉、羅勒及蔥再炒一分鐘。
4. 加入適量芝麻油拌勻後,便可伴以生菜或白飯享用。

garlic(minced) 1clove
lime leave 1piece
fresh chili 1/2piece
lemongrass(bruised) 1/2stalk
cilantro little
basil 1handful
spring onion 1piece
sesame oil 1tbsp

fish sauce 1tbsp
soy sauce 1tbsp
brown sugar 1/2tbsp
fresh lime(juice only) 1/4piece
cornflour 1tbsp

1. In a mixing bowl, mix the minced pork with the marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Then, in a hot skillet saute the garlic, lime leave, fresh chili and lemongrass for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the marinated minced pork and fry under high heat.
3. When pork is cooked, add cilantro, basil and spring onion, stir-fry for another minute.
4. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve immediately with lettuce or rice.
